Question How do i create a account?

Ok this might sound stupid. And the funny thing is im not computer stupid either. But my question is how do i create a account. I created my private server for sof and im in the midle of translating everything but how do i create a account to play on it and how do i let others create their account to play on it? I open the client window and i click on the server and then it brings up the log in screen but i dont know how to get the accounts created.
