Question client screens and loading screens.

Ok i have been working on translating all the files i have made it to about 75% give or take a litle. And now im about to move into the client screens and loading screens. I have my own pictures i want to implement into them and i am using reshacker. How do i access the files to change the screens? And if i need a diffrent program to access the files what program do i need? Thanx for any help that someone could give would be very much appreciated. Also i know how to create a account but my problem is that.... How do i give anyone outside having the database access to create a account?

It's not a bot it's a private server you know client, server, database, that type of thing.
