Just damage terrorblade hp untill about 400 or 500 and fresh meat him.
He have no chance to use his ultimate.
If not,buy a BKB.

Most heroes do stink when they are against terrorblade, since his ultimate is rather to swap lifes. Try using pugna against terrorblade or unlimited disables and stunners.
