he's somewhat imbalanced the last tym i played him..
my build for him is
1. threads/BoT
2.SnY
3.yasha
4-6.plate mail..

then later in the game i change the one plate into an aegis and another to a heart or two hearts and one aegis if its a long game..

nope..try doing my item build up..never lets me down..
and you can pretty much evade sandking's epicenter by merely just walking..or running..

Yes.its so worth it. with the third skill max and with that atk speed. all u nid its the right time to use it and within secs hes gone. it might even save ur ass from an counter attack from the enemy team. pls feel free to comment.
