| Registered User | Broodmother Guide Aaron: Can I use you? Broodmother: You have to ask my husband, Nerubian Assasin, first. Okay, this is my favourite hero. I am too lazy to copy spell so forget it. PROS Invisible right from the start Easy to first blood Good movement pump with Web Lane controller Not very item-dependent CONS Low life Slow attack speed Web cooldown long Hero Abilities Spawn Spiderlings ![]() The Broodmother injects her young into a target, creating immense pain. If the target is killed by the injection, spiderlings will be born. Level 1 - 75 damage, 1 spiderling. Level 2 - 150 damage, 2 spiderlings. Level 3 - 225 damage, 3 spiderlings. Level 4 - 300 damage, 4 spiderlings. Spin Web ![]() Spins a web which grants the Broodmother invisibility in an area, truesight, as well as a passive speed increase. Level 1 - 2 allowed webs, 90 second cooldown. Level 2 - 4 allowed webs, 75 second cooldown. Level 3 - 6 allowed webs, 60 second cooldown. Level 4 - 8 allowed webs, 45 second cooldown. Incapacitating Bite ![]() Gives the Broodmother venoms which will greatly reduce the target's ability to function, and deals extra damage. Level 1 - Gives a 10% chance to miss, slows movement speed by 10%, and adds 2 damage. Level 2 - Gives a 15% chance to miss, slows movement speed by 20%, and adds 4 damage. Level 3 - Gives a 20% chance to miss, slows movement speed by 30%, and adds 6 damage. Level 4 - Gives a 25% chance to miss, slows movement speed by 40%, and adds 8 damage. Orb effect. Insatiable Hunger ![]() The Broodmother develops a violent thirst for vital fluids. This lust greatly increases her attack damage and gives her a vampiric attack. Lasts 20 seconds. Level 1 - 60 bonus damage, 40% life steal. Level 2 - 75 bonus damage, 50% life steal. Level 3 - 90 bonus damage, 60% life steal. Spell Build: 1. Web 2-3. Incapaciting Bite 4. Spiderlings 5. Incapaciting Bite 6. Insatiable Hunger 7. Incapaciting Bite 8-10. Depends 11. Insatiable Hunger 12-15. Depends 16. Insatiable Hunger 17-25. Depends What do I mean by "depends"? If you have pushed down their tower, you need some more webs so learn. If you find it hard to lower your enemy's(ies') health, stats. If the creep equilibrum is not to your liking, Spiderlings. What do I mean by that? Like if they keep on hurting your tower. Item build: Ring of Reneneration Boots Sacred Relic Demon Edge Glove of Haste Power Threads Platemail Planewalker's Cloak Stout Shield Aegis Claymore Divine ---------------Game should end here, but if not------------ Quarterstaff Eaglehorn Butterfly Demon Edge Quarterstaff Monkey King Bar ---------------------------------------------------------- Item build 2: If enemies have 3 or more players that can escape, buy this build. Ring of Regeneration Boots Quarterstaff Eaglehorn Butterfly Travel Gauntlets Gauntlets Mithril Hammer Basher Mithril Hammer Basher Quarterstaff Demon Edge Monkey King Bar Sacred Relic Demon Edge Claymore Divine Game Strategy Level 1-5: I am a pro in using Broodmother's 3-during-1 method. So the best is to farm, deny, and harass. Farm and deny when creep are lower than 1/4 health. Other times, harass and run. Level 6: Aim for first blood if enemy heros are lousy.(If first blood is taken, too bad) How? You should have two webs already on the map, and if the enemy steps on the one nearest to your tower, Insatiable Hunder right behind him and chase all the way. FIRST BLOOD! Level 7-16: Keep hunting heros that are weak, and farm neutrals when it is appropriate. Keeping in mind you are aiming to buy Aegis Divine. Level 17-25: Command team for rax and end game. Where to place webs? First ![]() Second ![]() First ![]() Second ![]() First ![]() Second ![]() Even if a disabler is in my lane, he can die using this trick. Nukers are easy feat, just stay as far from them as possible, just hit any creeps(best if last hit). Just provoke them to spam by keeping on denying. Make them miss their stuns and nukes with fast fingers. Estimate the hit delay time, and then try to be invisible as soon as possible. Just hit something. Whether you hit or not, just move back so long as you appear. Before you hit, drag her away from the nuke. It comes with practice. Note: Non-seeking nukes cannot be evaded. Make him miss his long cooldown and crucial stun, like Vengeful, then make a U-turn and insatiable Hunger him to death. Do not doubt this guide's authenticity because this is really MINE. My first too. Any questions will be answered to my ability. Last edited by AaronOXX; 07-03-2006 at 05:09 AM. |

| Registered User | Re: Broodmother Guide Hero introduction is missing. You can easily copy and paste the hero introduction and his skills.I dont mind if the images of the skills or the hero isnt there. What matters is the information in it.Please update it in 2 days or I'll close it. Please add more general knowledge, strategies and extra tips. You could even start of by telling where are the right spots to cast the webs, how do you counter certain heroes that can nuke her and much more.I certainly hope you can do better than this. |
