Mercurial - The Spectre
Range: 100 | | Move Speed: 295 | Primary: AGI
Str: 19 + 2 | Agi: 26 + 2.6 | Int: 16 + 1.9
Damage: 49 - 53 | HP: 511 | Mana: 208
HP Regen: 0.82 | Mana Regen: 0.65
Attack Speed: 1.26 (+ 26% IAS) | Armor: 2.7

Spectral Dagger (E)
The Spectre launches a deadly dagger that trails a Shadow Path. Deals damage to the targets in its path. Units hit by the dagger will also trail a Shadow Path. The Spectre becomes phased (gains zero collision) while on the path.
Level 1 - Spectre gains 5% movespeed, enemies lose 5%. Deals 50 damage.
Level 2 - Spectre gains 9% movespeed, enemies lose 9%. Deals 100 damage.
Level 3 - Spectre gains 14% movespeed, enemies lose 14%. Deals 150 damage.
Level 4 - Spectre gains 18% movespeed, enemies lose 18%. Deals 200 damage.
Mana Cost: 100
Cooldown: 45

This skill takes 18% movespeed from enemies

Dispersion (I)
Gives Mercurial a chance to avoid damage and disperse it to an area around her. Has a minor stun effect. Can only disperse for as much max hp as he has. 400 AOE.
Level 1 - 4% chance.
Level 2 - 8% chance.
Level 3 - 12% chance.
Level 4 - 16% chance.
Mana Cost: N/A
Cooldown: N/A

to consider this skill is quite decent and nice on mano mano i think ud like this skill...

Desolate (E)
Deals bonus damage that cuts through armour when attacking a hero that has no nearby allies. Works on Illusions.
Level 1 - Deals 15 bonus damage
Level 2 - Deals 25 bonus damage
Level 3 - Deals 36 bonus damage
Level 4 - Deals 45 bonus damage

Cooldown:

Haunt (T)
Creates a haunting image beside each enemy hero. These images are uncontrollable, take 200% damage, deal 50% damage and each of them will attack only its pair. Images also have the dispersion ability. Cooldown goes down with level.
Level 1 - Lasts 4 seconds.
Level 2 - Lasts 5 seconds.
Level 3 - Lasts 6.5 seconds.
Mana Cost: 140
Cooldown: 60
this skill makes wonders ull see Mercurial all over the map with this and with reality theyll be really perspiring with blood...

As for the skill build:
Lvl 1 Spectral Dagger (i suggest you max this out first for cheapshots and chases and for escaping purposes coz this grants phasing use this to phase across forests they cant catch up with u and another use for this it steals movement speed so its hard to catch up with this hero

Lvl 5 Spectral Dagger
Lvl 6 Haunt (if there are dying enemies dont hesitate to use haunt first then reality to get a deserved kill)

Lvl 9 Desolate (Maxed)
Lvl 10 Dispersion
Lvl 11 Haunt
Lvl 12 Dispersion
Lvl 13 Dispersion
Lvl 14 Dispersion (Maxed
Lvl 15 Stats
Lvl 16 Haunt (Maxed)
Lvl 17-25 Stats

Now For the item builds and game strategy

1 boots of speed
1 ring of bassilus
1 ring of regeneration
flasks (essential)

as the game goes on u should start
creating ur sange and yasha
buy a perseverance to stay out longer
(you can either sell ur ring of regen or keep it)
yasha first then sange then complete the s & y
then upgrade to power treads
then as soon as u get power treads and sange and yasha
go out there and help the team
lets say you are farming at the lane on the north
and there is a battle going on in the mid
lets say the enemy is about to die or ur teammate is
about to get killed
use haunt right away then reality to the place where the enemy hero u
want to kill is at then u will be teleported to that place
use spectral dagger for escaping
then try spamming other heroes with ur other teamates
im telling u dont underestimate Mercurial
he can be either a strong hero or an inteliggent one

then back to the item build
now i presume ur items are like this
1 Power Treads
1 Sange And Yasha
1 Perseverance

Now all u have to do is upgrade ur perseverance
to a linken sphere

then as for the late game items
buy a butterfly coz this will be effective
mercurials disperssion is like this
lets say ur enemy missed a shot mercurial will then disperse it back
to the enemy at an aoe of 400 i think
lets say u have a butterfly which grants you 25% evasion
right? i think ull get the picture by now..

then for the late game items
u can either farm for a burize
or a monkey king bar
either the two can really affect ur game
as for instance
ur illusions can have a mini stun of .5 seconds
if u have a mkb they can have a more higher mini stun rate
and another thing
if u have burize
some rates ur illusions
can hit a critical
its just a matter of chance and optimism of the hero

as for the game play style
u should play it cowardly in early games
dont even think about having a nuke fest
exchanging nukes as saint said can be very
scary to int/agi types coz theyre soft

use haunt to get kills especially on the dying ones
use reality to go there and get some kills
just farm farm farm
when the time is right come out and help your team

Skills builds are missing.I am giving you 3 days to update and put a skill build in it,otherwise,it's closed.

On your item build and general play,I am sure there's more to it and it can be improved much much more than it is now.I am hoping you'll update it.The hero introduction is good enough but it goes down the drain when I scroll down to the item build and general play.

spectral first? maybe just level one. I find mercurial a bit fragile so at first I aim for survivability. Spectral comes in handy at late game at mid-map encounters(3vs3 or more ^_^)!
