A Guide to Rigwarl,Bristleback

*This Guide is for DotA V6.33 and up.*
Does Rigwarl look like BRUCE LEE ? LOL

Pros:
*Hero Killer,High Movement Speed,

*Pro Farmer
*Warpath is much more powerul now then ever before

Cons:
* People will call you a piggy or mr pig whenever you used him.
*Low Mana

STOP SNORING YOU PIGGY!

Hero Abilities:

Viscous Nasal Goo
Covers a target in snot, causing it to have reduced armor and move speed. Casts on the same target are cumulative.
Lasts 5 seconds.
Level 1 - -1 armor, 20% and 3% slow a cast.
Level 2 - -1 armor, 20% and 6% slow a cast.
Level 3 - -2 armor, 20% and 9% slow a cast.
Level 4 - -2 armor, 20% and 12% slow a cast.

Quill Spray
Sprays enemy units with quills dealing damage in a 700 AoE. Deals 30 extra damage everytime a unit is struck by a quill in the last 10 seconds. Damage type is physical.
Level 1 - 30 direct damage. 30 stacking damage.
Level 2 - 50 direct damage. 30 stacking damage.
Level 3 - 70 direct damage. 30 stacking damage.
Level 4 - 90 direct damage. 30 stacking damage.

Bristleback
Rigwal covers his back in spines, causing him to take reduced damage. Automatically releases a quill spray whenever his rear receives 200 damage.
Level 1 - 15% reduced from rear.
Level 2 - 30% reduced from rear.
Level 3 - 45% reduced from rear.
Level 4 - 60% reduced from rear.
Does not reduce lethal damage

Warpath
Everytime Rigwarl casts a spell, he works himself into a fury. Movement and Attack speeds increase on repeated spell casts. Lasts 10 seconds. Stacks up to 4 times.
Level 1 - 30% IAS/5% MS Base + 5% IAS/1% MS Stack.
Level 2 - 40% IAS/7% MS Base + 10% IAS/2% MS Stack.
Level 3 - 50% IAS/10% MS Base + 15% IAS/3% MS Stack.

Early Game:

First Get a RoC and a Gauntlets of Strength.Why not Chicken ? Because Chicken is a waste of Gold to me buy chicken if u really think it need.
Go to Top lane for Scourge and Bottom Lane for Sentinel.(SOLO) And by the way Remember to spam your Quil spary to get gold and damage your enemies.
Now first tip back to Fountain >>> Get 2 Bracer (To increase your HP) get a boot if you enough Gold.

LVL7: Now you are a hero killer.
How to kill noob : Viscous Nasal Goo and Quill Spray ,Hit,Hit,Hit,Viscous Nasal Goo,Quill Spray and hit hit hit (Keep doing this)OWNING !!!!

Mid Game:

About lvl 13 Already now i guess you are at unstopable already.
Now you are god and you would have enough gold to buy helm of dominator.

GangBang TIME!!! How ?

Ask 2 Teammate to follow you and EXAMPLE Dragon Knight is at top Farming well and you and your teammate backstab him. Remember to use Viscous Nasal Goo to slow DK down and hit hit hit

Late Game:

LVL 18 by now.
By the time u reach lvl 22 i think that the game will be finish soon already.
Now Ask all your teammate to push mid lane all the way !!!! End this GAME

Tips:
1.Use Quill Spray to kill creep at early game when creep hp left a DOT
2.Buy BKB if u really think that u need it when there is hero like lots of stun hero or hero like lich who keep spamming his spell.
3.If your mana pool left about 50 and below i think that it is better for you to go back to the healing spring and heal Because u cannot do anything without mana
4.How to run away when you have low hp: Throw Viscous Nasal Goo once and run back(When running back keep pressing R)

Questions:
Why not Sange and Yasha(S&Y)?
Because Bristleback already has alot of movement speed and Attacking speed

Why satanic not heart of tarrasque ?
Because Satanic allow you to Lifesteal and Death pact while Heart is not quiet so good for Rigwarl.

Why Satanic why not Basher ?
Go for basher if you really think you need it (See The Basher Built)
poco_loco: I think he means that basher may be needed in some situations such as killing where enemy can blink or if you do not need to lifesteal.

Why get helm of the dominator and basher first than Satanic ?
also i dont see why everyone goes for satanic early game it's stupid, id rather get attack speed and attack items then just buy helm of the dominator since if you dont have a good orb lifesteal is usually the way to go, btw helm of the dominator is like 900 + 950 and it gives armor and lifesteal, way better then just getting satanic right away since you dont really need it early game, i get dominator and upgrade it way late game when it's worth saving money for a reaver. seriously dude..i dont think this hero will own in teh late game unless ya are playin with noobs..i tryna play wit pretty good playas and got pwn in the late game..lucky by pushing i won..
i got like twice triple kills in the mid games..mostly agi and int heros are ur food..
and..i dont think satanic would be enough to deal with fast walkers..i would rather get sny and mkb + satanic instead of 2 stunners..kill faster or slower would u prefer?
killing slower will allow foe's aid..i got about 1k mana when i was around lvl 22 without bracers..

kildian.. actually, Rigwarl is one of the scariest support heroes (it isn't obvious but his best bet for pushing is support) around. If you've never seen 5 heroes with warpath moving towards you then wish you won't.

His bristleback skill has been improved too. The added counter really hurts. And it works well fending off chasing enemy heroes.

1 reason I say that because of one thing, THE ITEM BUILD. Why the bloody hell would you get Satanic first? Just spam bashers and you win. No need to overcomplicate things. 2nd, there's like what, 1 item build in this guide? Cmon man, add at least a couple more. I'm not gonna ask where the skill build(s) are. And SnY Bristle stills proves to be the most cost efficient way for a Battle Bristle, not counting Dagon Bristle.

well,your guide is okay.But you lose points from what KingLiche said.Its very true.Either way,he can be played as a support or a battle one.Depends on the situation you're in.There are multiple kinds of item and skill builds.You should try to imagine what are the most possible situations to encounter,and write a ite or skill build to counter back.
