Try my build:
Early game:
1.2 Bracers or Wraith depends on the other heros on the other team
3.BOS
3.Ring of regen For early game
Mid game:
Get a BOT
Get a Deso I know it reveals your Bullets but IT is really useful espically the dmg and the corruption orb
Mid - Late:
Bfly
Heart
Sell both Wraith or bracers Get some Buriza :P

I don't know, you don't have any escaping items. Being able to escape deadly situations is a vital point for him. Any hero targetting for easy preys, it would be sniper.

you can also get skadi it has frost and maybe lothers

My skill build is :
1. Scatter shot
2. Take aim
3. Scatter shot
4. Take aim
5. Scatter shot
6. Assasinate
7. Scatter shot
8. Take aim
the rest head shot , ulti and state .

Why ??
sniper cant farm much , always being aimed T_T means always die . scatter shot 1 hit KO creep , so u can clear creep faster , can run faster then enemy hard to aim u , of course u will nid alot of mana , here is my item build :
1. Arcane ring - mana regen
2. Bilnk dagger/lothar edge - running
3. S&Y - maim and HP
4. Buriza - Ouch !!!
5. Butterfly - U can fly o.O
6. BoT or P.Thread

lol shouldnt get basher for range heroes. not worth it.
get mkb instead.
