For a new updated item build i would get treads/butterfly/mkb/vlads/guinsoo/buriza
-treads(agility) for attack speed and movement speed
-butterfly for attack speed damage its ownage
-vlads because of the damage % increase lifesteal and auras
-guinsoo for the easier and more useful way of disabling also gives a decent amount of str and agi
-MKB because of the great amount of damage that good amount of attack speed and the minor stuns for a tint of bashing
-Buriza for the insane attack damage that can be very useful since the attack speed is so high
You can also replace buriza with Satanic since it stacks with the mana burn/ and also replace the guinsoo with a basher if you like the bashing/ AT!! some occurrences there may be times where Hood is necessary because of the massive nukes that you might be against.
So my main builds are
~Treads(agility)
Vlads
Butterfly
MKB
Guinsoo
Buriza
OR
~Treads(agility)
Vlads
butterfly
MKB
Satanic
Basher
(If necessary You can replace whatever item you wish with Hood even though you already have magic resistance)
You can use these in any combination you please to but i do recommend that you always have a butterfly some kind of lifesteal or massive health and something that can create a massive amount of damage done

this is old build for antimage.. for me i dont get the 3rd skill earliar game.. i take stat... coz antimage is agi hero.. stat is good for agi hero.. coz the more agi the more damage + armor u get... item... i get vanguard 1st then PT,VO,AC or Butterfly then buriza...
