Edit: Oh and Telefonmann, isin't it true that if you get radiance, the enemies will know that you're there and back off? Correct me if im wrong.

Edit #2: And getting multiple SnY(s) is useless. The maim chance does not stack.

Edit #3 (Blah): Last time I checked, Skadi IS an orb effect on melee heroes, and MoM or any other form of lifesteal will NOT stack with it.

Maelstrom is for farming and earning gold faster. It does a good job to kill and harass heros in the early game too, just try it.
If you get a Radiance they know where you are, but it is not a problem to stay out of range if you don't want them to know where you are. I suggested it, because it is a good harassing item.
I've just read that some clans buy 3 S&Y for Rikki...
I know that Skadi is an orb, but if you put it into your first slot and MoM in the second you will still slow the enemies. Of course you won't lifesteal, but you can activate Berserk with MoM to get more hits with Backstap while slowing a running hero with Skadi.

I seriously won't suggest getting 3 Sange & Yasha for Rikimaru. It doesn't stack. So really, it isn't necessary.

Even though enemies might know where you are with radiance, it wouldn't be a matter since its damage output makes up for that loss. However, I did rather go for butterfly. Since adding to your agility contributes to your 3rd skill.

most people i've played with usually buy gem when they are playing against SA, i dun know why but i think that is a waste of money. Anyway if people get gem, den getting radiance would be no problem for you, as people already know you are there...

Alright. I'm partly convinced with the MoM - Skadi combination, going to try it out later, but please don't buy Maelstorm for him, I tried it, and I saw.

I guess its better in buying 3 or 4 wraith band and a thread by lvl 10 and u can pratically own the game. After that save the money for an eaglehorn and if the game drags on go for a butterfly and a basher will be the last thing. :) I'll try to post a replay If im on the game this week.
