@OP I believe you should provide more information. Anybody can make a website and a forum. Why would a coder want to work for you?(good thing to add).

you are right, well we give admins and coders free VIP, pay and we'll get the VIP users serial keys for games. I can't say all the keys work online, but if they bought the game and have a disk, i think they would have a good chance. I also think that we have some good ideas for hacks. There are some that i haven't seen in a while. I dont think they're server sided anyway.

Well, the thing is, I code hacks for some games and why would we get 80% profit when we can get 100% making our own site. Also, most coders likes to get a downpay before they start working. If you're interested, add my msn : [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] .

Free VIP? Why WOULDN'T they be able to use their own hacks THEY coded?
