Yes I follow the guide to fix it but i still have the problem

turn off the firewall and the antivirus, and getting the same error.

also put the line
121.128.133.26 gwgt1.joymax.com
on the hosts file located in C\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc

If you got the same error how come you know what to do?

How do you turn off firewall
Add that? ok
Do i delete the old ip?
