Thats what comes up every time i try to play silk, can anyone tell me what i should do?

Edit: this is what you have to do.

-Download Latest Video Driver

- Check your resolution settings.

- Do a WINDOWS UPDATE inspection and download all avaliable updates.

That happens when you crash sro or it times out just hit the left '????'s' and it will let you back in :)

when i hit the left ? nothing happens, it says Sro_client is on, but nothing is popping up.

You can also try to reinstall it.
