Yeah can someone seriously answer me, is this safe, and how do you set the loop backs, I have framework installing right now, is it completely necessary for this.

Yeah its safe...don't use it if you don't believe it its released by weeman, its just he hasn't released it on project hax yet because he needs cash. Yeah Framework is necessary.
