a few questions about tbot

i'm very newbie to this bot.
I did all the steps and when i clicked login, an error message say "selected collating sequence not supported by the operating system"
does anyone know what's this mean?

I began to get more error message when i got into the game.. something baout pet/skills etc..

can someone tell me where do i config the bot? like the skills/where to train/pot use/ all thsoe stuff etc.. thanks
