i get this error with TBot(language pack problem)

i get this error...
i heard that this has something to do with the asian language pack which i dont have(i deinstalled it 1 week ago)
but i have no windows CD so i whanted to ask wether there is a way to fix this error ??

maybe applocate?

EDIT:
i tried it with applocate

so no change... just the font changed -.-

UPDATE!!!!!!!!!:

i borrowed me a windows cd
and checked both options and therefore i did everything that should solve the startup problems...(installing the asian languages)
and even checked in the tab Advanced all the codepages...

but is still get the error...

d.amn now i have the same problem..
I had sro fully patched.. installed the language packs by checking those 2 boxes.
Tried both crack 11 and 12. Rebooted pc=> nothing worked.
But I still get the error because SRO just crashes.

It all worked fine at another pc, but on my own pc I get this error. Must be more then just the language pack then...right?

I have the EXACT problem. It really is pissing me off, I am running a downloaded east asian language pack. My friend's PC did not need the cd when i installed his east asian language pack legit so the bot will work on his computer if I try. But even with the pack who knows if it ill work.
