Tbot crack DOES NOT WORK WITH 12 CHARACTER ACCOUNT

I just tried it. I tried using crack with CAPITALS without capitals i used it LiKe ThIs it never worked. I used it normal way it didnt work. All it says is Unknown Information. I double clicked it and it Still doesnt work! I tried a test account that has 7 characters and it worked! = ( my account is 12 characters and it didnt work = ( HELP!

well i hade the same prob until i remem i had to change the subnet mask 255.255.255.0 to 255.0.0.0 an i tried to log in regularly an it worked i got disconnect like 5 mins in the gme twice but after that woot im rockin in my sleep while im botting.
