Tbot crashes after tyring to open

When i click login it tries to boot the sro_client that i chose then it brings up the round ball dragon thing, then it has a quick pop up and both crash any one have any idea what is wrong. Any help would be nice. thx

Do u have NOD32 installed? If u do, my thread may help u out.
