Can't refresh skills , all settings are changed

Hi i have 1 problem:

I got a DC while botting, i closed Tbot(1107), started it again and then ? NOTHING can't load skills, all settings changed to 0 0 0 0 0 0 0...

Can sombody help me PLS

hope for some anwseres :D
