why tbot is not pickuping items ?

tbot pickuping alchemy item and other crap but why he isint pickuping items ? and elixir ?

lol i have the same problem when i use rude pick setting it picks up everything even tough i have set it to not to pick anything else than return scrolls and elixirs(items it picks automatic). but when i turn of the rude pick settings it doesnt pick anything not even items:S can someone plz help?
