strange problem,please take a look

I got this problem:

If i start Tserver1106b.exe its works fine.so.if i press [Run Tbot]
it doesent load the game,it doesent show the dragon icon too...any help please?

1.ctrl+alt+delete -> exit TbotSro.exe and TServer1106b.exe..
2.test again .. if it doesnt work try again

..sorry for my bad english, hope u understand
