don't use that is a keylogger i'll proove you

he made the file bigger cuz he knew that virustotal can't scan it and i separate that archive in 3 little archive's and look wich are the results of the scan:

if you dident run anything then u should be safe... only if u run a programme then u got a keylogger and if u got a keylogger then best solution i use is system restore lol!
