So recently i discovered a Sro Client that prevents the dreaded 'Disconnected from the server' Bull that pops up when the server is Crowded(always

Anyways, so i did as i was told, i put the client in the sro folder in 'Program Files' and i tried to run silkroad but i got some 'Error 2' bull, and when i got past that i tried to log in and it said, 'Failed to connect to server.(C8)' or something like that, could the problem be i have Windows Vista?
Im sure the clients we're for 1.141
I gave the client to a friend and his worked perfectly on his Windows XP, so to double check, i need your imput...
Help?
