I saw a lot ppl posting keylogger or virus but why didnt the adminstrator scan the file or check it before allowed or approve them to post

This site same as [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] where many people post virus..

Because our staff doesnt sit online 24/7. As long as people can post links and people click and download the apps carelessly...theres nothing we can do.
