Help with Ecsro!!

Hey, I need help. Silkroad Ecsro never works. Like the server is ALWAYS full. Is there a way for me to login even when it is full like a hack? Or is there another private server with higher rates than normal silkroad. I really wanan get a private server but I can't find one. Please help me
