just download it from that link (link is from site)
and then install it at that default place
and because u have window xp sp 2 like me
after u install it, it will work =D
the default place is C:\WINDOWS\system32

The solution is easy. Google for the libraryfiles, install them on your computer and everything will work out fine. agBot requires this files for library sniffing.
