Launcher isnt working PLzz help mi out

When I finshed downloading silkroad, I turned on the launcher and it starts updating as usual, but when it got to 2% it just dissappeared tell me how i can fix this problem Fast

It worked fine for me but I have heard storys of legit people not being able to finish the update and if they do finish it they get ingame errors :/

Make sure you firewall is allowing all connections and just try again or submit it as a bug.

Im sorry my answer isnt really helpful, hopefully someone else has a real answer to it
