Runtime Error!

I wanted to play SRO,so i downloaded and installed the game. When i started the game,gameguard come ups and after that 1 error come up. I unstalled it reinstall it but error come up again.The error looks like this.

Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Liberary

Runtime Error!
Program:C:\Program Files\Silkroad\sro_client.exe

This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information.

I tried to use the customer service at the silkroadonline.net but I can't cuz I dont have any characters in the game. So...How can i solve this problem? I really wanna play SRO.
