Europe update problem

i have downloaded the the new client and after i did and lunched the file, choosing the location to install , an error appeared "sro_globalofficial_v1_110.ee has encountered a problem and needs to close , we are sorry for the incovenience"

plz help !

ok you need to turn off your virus protection and firewall or it blocks it...and you can't allow it for some reason...so you just have to turn it all off then when its done you can allow it and all is fine.
