Europe silkroad

Im having problems with the europe client , when i open it. There a gray box that says "Please Wait..." . Then after like 4 to 5 min it says . This is a client file that can be used after the Europe update. Does any1 know how to fix this problem :(. HELP~!

try using the global instead of the update file.

all i did was turn off virus protection and firewall and it worked before that it would do nothing...
