Capturing Seirenes

i was going to start "Sweeping Mujigi" quest , but when i get to the npc "Gateguard Batu" , i didnt find the quest ! , in silkrodonline.net guide , they said that u have to complete "Capturing Seirenes 1 quest" , does any1 know where is that quest as i can find it !!
