Seriously Anoying ERROR MESSAGE (SRO)

Right , just got new pc which runs with windows vista

downloaded silkroad europe expansion as i did on my other computer,double click desktop icon silkroad starting screen comes up normally, press START starts loading GAMEGUARD,ERROR MESSAGE comes up which is like no other iv ever seen

its has on it random letter and numbers including a half and quarter simbles

and it ends with :- (9) Jeesh can anyone help me please or does anyone have the same problem please please please help me im going crazy !

try make the comipatibility to windows xp os silkroad and sro_client that should work :)
