SRO on vista >question<

Is there a solution on when opening silkroad and having it always allow it? Because there's always an unidentified program wants to access to your computer and i have always have to keep clicking allow. Also because it won't allow me to use other programs while on SRO such as ventrilo.

turn off uac should stop that annoying message

but is there a way to do always allow it without disabling UAC?

yeah...there is a way

1>right click computer
2>properties
3>Advanced system settings on the left hand side
4>click the performace settings button
5>then click the tab that says Data Execution Prevention
6>click the second button...then select the programs you want to allow

That would just be a waste of time, UAC is a pain, so just disable it.

i've put silkroad.exe (silkroad online launcher) and it's checked, doesn't work.
maybe i put the wrong one, is it suppose to be that or sro_client?

yeah, maybe i'll just disable UAC, thanks for your help though

lol...its not the sro_client you put in there bro...its "silkroad" is the exe. launcher

And add the euro patch as well... But anyway the UAC is ther just to bug you :p
