I got some serious SRO writings problem.

I cant see anything written in sro exept numbers, capital letters, player's writing and names, i can see only squares, HELP me.

And help me with that.
If the problem resolvement is in the game, dont tell me click ESC then options then laguage... cuz i cant see anything written.
Tell me: press ESC then first box from the upper side, then second from left...
PLEASE tell me.
