Lightbulb Re: nuker info

Iīm a Full int sword nucker.. I would suggest a wepon with a stong magical attack in my case I use a sword insted of a blade because a blade has a stronger fisical attack... I canīt recall at this moment witch has a stronger mag attack spear or glavie cheque that out, lvl your wepon skill but donīt mack it your priority.. most important for a nucker is cold, fire and fightning the rest are add ons :p.

I strongly sugest sword and shield for a nucker because we are weak against a full str... thats where the shield comes in, BLOCK BLOCK BLOCK xD and u see the str chumps cry xD

o/ happy hunting

Re: nuker info

Agreed with Bifetuga.
Spears have highest magical attack overall, but you sacrifice defense and block ratios.
And I really wouldn't recommend pure INT if you plan to PvP much, as your HP will be pretty crap, try a hybrid nuker ie. for every six INT, add a point to STR.
Hybrids can take a few hits and deal a few hits. Pure INT does do more damage, thus it's quicker to level, but not if you die a lot, and lose 3%~5% upon death - your choice.

As for what mastery, it's up to you really;
Ice is useful for slowing people down, if you manage to Frostbite them or stopping them in their tracks if you can Freeze them. But ice isn't the most powerful element in terms of damage, it's more physically-defensive then the rest. Passive - Gives extra Physical defense, useful as you should have have Magical defense, now you'll have more physical, awesome eh?

Lightning is probably somewhere between Fire and Ice in terms of damage and defense. Lightning is more or less the 'speed demon' mastery, as it has quiet a few skills focus on your movespeed and teleportation, as well as adding dodge ratio. Some skills are AOE-based, useful for Mobs. Passive - Increases dodge ratio.

Fire, the most popular element used by nukers, Full STR Glaives and pyromaniacs worldwide. This is probably the mastery that does the most DPS, but also has some nifty skills that reduce magical damage taken, increase defense etc.
This works pretty well with a sword and shield, as you have skills that reduce the chance for you to get a status effect such as frozen, poisoned etc, and a skill that absorbs magical damage. Magic Neutralization?
Fire also helps out if you do go hybrid and at earlier levels, as you will have to hack n' slash things until you get your first nukes at level 30, since fire has skills that increase your physical damage it will make it a little easier, if it isn't easy enough already. Passive - Increases physical damage. Fire seems to be better suited for a Physical-based character as you should have enough defense from pumping STR, and fire will increase your Magical defense. Juggernaut-style, bish.

Lastly force, force is pretty useful if you do decide to sacrifice damage for the ability to heal and resurrect. If you do take up force, you won't go through as many potions, pills etc. Force also has a few nifty skills that debuff an opponent, reducing their dodge ability or hiting ratio. And a nifty little AOE spell that increases HP and MP recovery, as well as reduces the chance that a monster will attack you. You'll also get a passive that increases your MP.

As for weapon masteries, as Bifetuga put it, you shouldn't make it your priority, focus on your spells more, if you do go sword + shield, take up some of the more shield-based buffs for yourself, it will help you stay alive that little bit longer.

It's matter of choice, if it suits your playing style, go with it.
