Question about buying sro accounts.

I see that theres people selling there accounts for money using PayPal.
How safe is that and how do u tell if your getting scammed or not?

it really is all luck, things to check though are their trading rep if they have one yet. are they paypal verified? will they give personal info like telephone, name, and address
also get them to get on the character ingame and have them show you the gear or items listed before. it really is common since and luck though.. lol;
