-Can tbot use teleporting?- need help

ok hi all, i have question about tbot, can i make him talk to that guy who teleports to last place where i used return scroll? i have tryed a lot of letters but nothing, like talk(S)-he will talk to blacksmith talk(d)-he will talk to pot trader. is there any combination how can i make him talk to that guy and chose -teleport to last place where used return scroll? thank you for any information.
