lv. 20 bard skill question

i got lvl 20 bard and i just got the new skills and i got one skill in the last line of the bard skills i got a skill that you can open him in lvl 20 and i opened him
and when i want to activate him he said i can only use this skill with area with music soomething like that
can someone please help me and tell me why i cant activate that skill
ty that who answer me

ummm maybe when you are in a party and u cast that music stuff
