my guess is that the rates are up by 10-30% but no more than that i will make some calculations when i will log in

its a 30% extra xp bonus. create a xp distribution party and youll have an additional 10%.

yeah, i think they made an exp. event for everybody when the legend III out. But there are still something to argue about that, the cap 90 is out , so they should push the exp and SP exp. up, i think.
