Roc Mountain NPC Locations?

i see on the silkroad homepage there are new quests for west asia, and it does list them, and it does list the NPC's you need to get the quests from... but they failed to mention where the heck these NPC's are located.

does anyone have a map for these Roc Mountain NPC'S?

They have a map at the top that has all the NPCs of Rok Mountain.
