Problem Bloked due to paypal chargeback need some advice :)

So heres the deal like a week ago i bought silk with paypal but they made a chargeback on my transactions to make an inquiry now the moment they did this my account on silkroad was blocked so i started reading and found out that if u can solve the problem with paypal and they send an e-mail to joymax with the transaction stating that is cleared now u get unblocked this thing appears when i click block reason when i try to log in now i have solved the issue with paypal and told them to e-mail to joymax my question is has anybody else done this ???? does it work or am I just wasting my time and i should chargeback my money ???

well to all that are interested i got my account back :D:D:D:D after 2 weeks its mine again

here is some info for those that had the same problem as me

first of all u need to phone paypal to send an e-mail to [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] containig your transaction info and the statement the it has been resolved and leared
next send a personal e-mail to [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] tot tell them that u need ur account unbloked and give them the transaction Id's
bext wait and if needed repet the process i managed thia after 2 phone calss to paypal and one mail to silkroad hope u get ur chars back

wala, this never happened to me.
you have to ask paypal to send an e-mail to JM to clarify everything.
once they send the e-mail, your acc should be unblocked in 24 hours.

if this do not solve your problem, get your money back.

yeah i solved the thing with paypal today and i asked them when i spoked to them on the phone to send an email to joymax and they said they will and i read somewhere that it takes 5-20 days before block is lifted i just don't know anyway i'm playing my lvl 80 full farm glavier now still hope for someone who has gone trough this can answer me

i cant even find the damn paypal number, but i MUST call them?, cant i email them ? because im not that good to speak english with somebody that lives like thousand miles from us, i only get nervy and cant talk -.-.
My account got blocked, and IS blocked, and i have no clue what to do, so i hope some1 can email me to help me.

well i think u can solve it by email but e-mail didnt work for me because they didnt understand my broblem so i had to call them and explain and after like 2 cals finaly someone understood and yes must speek pretty good english to get ur point across but try email first if it doesnt work we will talk more
