About the sro emu, need help

Hi yeah like the title says i need help with the emu.
I'm wondering how to get this to work:
[Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
I downloaded all the files (see page 3 there's packed version)
So what do i need to do next to get it work ?
combine them with something and how ?
