Need help Lounching sremu

Hi,i ned a litle help,i hawe 1.44 wersion i lounch the server,then i lounch game i loging in acc all works
but i chos char and wen i pres start,then full load and i get drop from game..wath i hawe to do ?? rite in skype d0masas Thanks u for help

1: its spelled Launching** and 2 You need version 1.154.

Dont ask me where to get it bec i got no ****in clue, i been looking for it for ages and cant find it anywhere
