No stat point gain.

As I just leveled from 21 to 22 while killing Chakci, I noticed that I didn't gain my 3 stat points. I logged off then back on but no change. So I went to the SR website to send them a bug report, BUT the report page has a bug! It will only allow for a name change.

How do I contact SR to report this problem? Has this happened to you?

i got a question.. did you die from lvl22 to lvl21?.. coz if you put the stats but died and leveled down the stats stay but is not implemented and will only be on if you gain back your level...

That's a good question. This happened to another of my characters but it didn't happen to this one. She just leveled after killing about 300 Chakchi and no points. Is there a way to contact SR about a malfunction. I can't find anything on their web page but the bug-report, which also wasn't working. :-(

Email-'em is the obvious answer, and by Golly I certainly would IF there were an email address on the SR english web page. All I can find is the bug report page, which has a bug. Let me not reiterate.

This no-stat points, when I leveled, happened on the Troy server. I started my MabXoc avatar on the Babel server today and leveled her to 15 in 7 hours. No problems thus far I just didn't want to start over but did. However, I have taken 4 avatars to level 20 in one day per each avatar. And I took breaks too. So really, it is pretty easy if your wireless or broadband is working.

And Yet, how do I contact SR about this bug? I tried trolling the internet for Joymax addresses and got a nasty trojan that took a while to get rid of. Sheesh. A porn trojan. All I wanted was 3 points and don't want to waste time on something that ain't workin.

So is it clear? I am looking for a way to contact SR through folks who may have an address some other way than the website. Ya? Clear?
