WAT is a Nuker !?!?

im a newb at SRO i started today and im lvl 13 blade (Ansettsu - Aege)and i have fire element and uses a blade i boost nothing but STR and i would like to know wats a NUKER ?? wat do they do and wats a good combination for them ?? wat stats whould i boots because ina week or 2 ill plan to make another character

and is there a good element to use nothing but magic ???

nukers use int, and they cast skills, and then they farm until they lvl and get their nuke skills, look in other therad regarding nukers, or ask grim42 since i know hes a nuker

nukers need to sp farm like 50k sp @ lvl 16 - 20 then you level up from their

SRO SPECIFIC:
Nukes = The level 30 element skills, like Thunderbolt.
SoS = Seal of Star/Moon/Sun
Blue = The item someone has is a blue item, meaning it has extra stats.
DW, DH = Donwhang
Run = Usualy meaning a trade run.
Circle = When reffering to summong or casting a "circle" they usualy mean the force skill Harmoney Therapy.
Stall(ing) = Meaning someone is in, or setting up a player shop.
SP or TSP = Skill points, or Temporary skill points.
Build = Silkroads version of a character class.

ok kewl, since im gonna make a nuker it would be like this......

weapon: spear ( i dont want to use swords )
Element ( Lighting )
base stat only boost INT

but wat lightning moves shouls i use ??

oh and i made a pure STR bladesman/shield and my sword skill is 14 with all the skills available for them atm
base element fire i have the first 3 skills for fire and my fire is lvl 14
wat skills should i use
should i sp farm ??
and ..
should i add force healing, i did but i dont think i should i have that at lvl 7 and is there anyway to restart skills ??
