cant start SRO after installed

need help as cant start SRO after installed (missing start button)
have tried
1) reinstall SRO
2) upgrade graphic driver
3) reinstall DX9c
4) disabled firewall
image = error

had also copied whole game directory from other player, same error
image = error1

kind advice needed, many thanks

i get that sometimes, but thats usually during server downtime, so maybe there was a patch going on when you tried it... also helps to wait a bit cause when my connection lags it takes awhile for it to pop up, aside from that i wouldnt know what to do sorry ><
