help with user creation

i found this game on a search engine and downloaded and installed it and when i went onto the website to create an account it told me i can only make 5 users per identical ip address.

wtf i mean ive never played the game before can anybody help?

I could also use some help, I can't seem to create an account even if I set the browser security setting on the lowest. Hell, I even tried changing browsers to try to sign up to no avail.

Shaw, can you help me on this?
