Go Pure Strength, any force skill masteries you want, and:

-Anti Devil Bow Series
-Arrow Combo Attack Series
-Hawk Training Series
-Break Heaven Arrow Series

Are the main Pacheon one's you'll want, Strong Bow Series is good, but takes too long to perform.

Ice is the preferred force for an archer. Some are strating to go fire, though.

Well ice is better for PvM, as you can usualy freeze or give them frostbite from a distance, giving you more of a chance to kill them before they reach you. And fire would be better for PvP for the added damage dealt.
