is my character ok?

only lv 21 so it wouldnt matter much if i restarted but anyway
98 str 45 int
leveled all my force skills to like 10 except a few that i put to like 20 is this ok or should i start a new character.

Depends on what you were trying to make. Also, most people don't put that many points into all the force skills. Unless your a hybrid, you should stick with one or two forces.
