Picture of yourself?

Hey guys, eh I know its small and doesnt really affect how you play, but I remember the first time I played SRO, it had a picture of my head in the circle at the top left corner of the screen. Did it disappear after the rollback or something?

If it's black for you there's a problem with your graphics card. It's a known bug that on some cards it doesn't display and on others it does.

Like stimmedcow said, it has to do with your graphics card. There are some ways to fix it. You can download the lastest driver for it, install, and you sould be good. If you dont know how to update your driver, here are the directions:

1.Go to start>Help and Support>type "Device Manager">In overviews, articles and tutorials, and click Device Manager (second to the bottom)> Click "Open Device Manager">Go to "Display Adapters"> right click on your driver and click update. There you go!!! You should be set to go.

you run sro with gfx hardware or sofware?

if you use hardware i think u can just go to
desktop > rihgtclick>properties

then go to the final tab (settings)

and then from there go advanced, then you will see
you graphic card options.

try adjusting the opengl settings and card settings, this can be the prob...

btw if you use software , buy a new card cuz software just sucks.,,,dosnt matter how big the gfx software card is theyre not as good as hardware >_<
